Difference Between LED and 4K

 Difference Between LED and 4K
March 15, 2017 | Electronics

Televisions are constantly upgrading, and it can be confusing. 4K and LED televisions both have their advantages and are great options to choose from when upgrading your TV.

4K televisions are “ultra HD”, meaning they have a higher number of pixels than a regular HD television. With 4K, you get a better picture with more detail and sharper images. 4K is beginning to become more popular, and it is a good investment if you don’t want your TV to quickly become outdated.

LED televisions use LED backlighting and tend to be more efficient than the standard fluorescent backlighting. LED TVs are also typically lighter and thinner than non-LED televisions and usually have a brighter, sharper picture than other TVs.

If you are looking for better efficiency and to save on power, an LED TV may be the choice for you. If you’re simply looking for the best picture, then browse our 4K TVs. Browse our full television selection here.
